It all began with Ponies - 6 to be exact.  Nellie, Jo, Satin, Thunder, Angle and Sockie (my paint pony mare).  I took riding lessons from  Anna Dunlavy starting at age 5.  Anna loved Sockie and I.  To the day she passed, she would laugh thinking of us in her Western Pleasure class.  Apparently I would get bored and start running around everyone in the class on Sockie sticking my tongue out!   God Bless you Anna for all the moonlit overnight trail rides to Cheyenne.  You showed me how  to ride anywhere!  I still hear you yelling up the mountain, "Give um their head and Lean Back!!!"
